1. Estimated Timeline

• Pre-Order Window: Orders placed now will begin processing once our initial launch batch is ready.

• Production: 7–10 business days after launch.

• Shipping: 3–7 business days depending on your location.

• You’ll receive tracking information the moment your piece ships.

2. Why Pre-Order?

• Guaranteed inventory: We’re opening limited spots to make sure every order gets the attention and quality it deserves.

• Exclusive launch pricing: Pre-order pricing is only available during launch.

3. Changes & Cancellations

• Changes to your engraving or details can be made within 24 hours of placing your pre-order.

• Because each piece is custom-engraved, we’re unable to cancel or refund once production begins.

4. Quality Promise

Your jewelry will be inspected by hand before it leaves our studio to ensure it meets our quality standards.
If there’s ever a mistake or issue, we’ll make it right — no questions asked.
