1. How long will my order take?

Each piece is custom-engraved just for you.

  • Production time: 3–5 business days

  • Shipping: 3–7 business days (depending on your location)
    You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships.

2. What metals do you use?

All of our jewelry is made with stainless steel in gold and silver tones. It’s durable, tarnish-resistant, and safe for sensitive skin — so you can wear it every day without worry.

3. How many characters can I engrave?

  • Initial Necklace: 1 letter or symbol

  • Disc Necklace: Up to 8 characters

  • Bar Bracelet: Up to 12 characters

4. Can I order for a gift?

Absolutely! Every order comes in a ready-to-gift box. You can also add a custom note at checkout to make it extra special.

5. What if I need to change my order?

Because each piece is personalized, we start engraving quickly. If you need to make a change, email us within 24 hoursof placing your order — we’ll do our best to accommodate.

6. Do you accept returns?

Personalized pieces are final sale, but if there’s a mistake on our end or a quality issue, we’ll make it right — no questions asked.

7. How do I care for my jewelry?

  • Keep it dry when possible.

  • Wipe with a soft cloth after wearing.

  • Store in the box or pouch provided to keep it looking new.

Because it’s stainless steel, your jewelry is made to last — no tarnishing or fading.
